Stilley just now filed his brief in opposition to the United States’ motion for TRO or preliminary injunction. The District Court graciously granted permissive intervention to Stilley this evening. Therefore Stilley will be heard with respect to his claims, on briefs at least. Stilley looks forward to the hearing on the motion, scheduled for this Friday.
Stilley has stacked a set of the pleadings up through and including docket number 33. This is of course out of date. It is about 8.5 megabytes and contains 408 pages. Perhaps it might be useful to someone with an interest in this litigation.
