As I’ve said earlier, I plan to keep interested persons abreast of developments in my litigation pursuant to the Texas Heartbeat Act. This blog seems to me to be the most efficient place to do that.
I wrote the post in WordPerfect and generated to pdf. I want you to understand why I am posting a link to a pdf, and not reproducing the text here. If I copy and paste the text to this blog, I’ll have to put the links in all over again. I’m hard pressed for time. I just can’t see my way clear to do that. Plus, this lets me present the material exactly the way I want to present it. If this doesn’t work the way you want it, please let me know what I can do to improve.
